Exploring a broader visual direction for the artwork catalogue
The idea is to introduce a wider range of premium artwork — from fine-art photography and architecture to vintage travel posters, natural-history engravings, equestrian imagery, aviation, automotive and collectible-style artwork.
Not every piece needs to feature the Chestertons name or logo. Some can simply work as strong, desirable artworks in their own right, creating more variety and breathing room across the catalogue.
Fine Art Photography
A selection of photographic and artistic directions designed to stand on their own as premium wall art and lifestyle pieces.
Collectible Prints & Art
A broader visual language bringing together collectible prints, heritage references, natural history, travel, architecture and other distinctive subjects.
One artwork. Multiple opportunities.
These examples are creative direction references rather than a final proposed collection. The same approach can be developed into a much larger and more cohesive catalogue, with artwork specifically created and curated around the overall Chestertons aesthetic.
Where artwork is commissioned specifically for the project, the agreed rights can give Chestertons flexibility to use the final assets across multiple applications and channels — from wall art and apparel to homeware, digital content, marketing materials and other branded products.
This could also leave the door open to additional marketplaces or sales channels in the future, should Chestertons wish to expand the collection beyond the initial platform.
A catalogue built to grow.
The objective is to create an artwork library that is not limited to one product category, but can continue to generate value across different formats, products and channels over time.
